In week one, we cover everything you need to know to safely get started with microdosing.
All you essential questions will be answered and I will help guide you to creating a microdosing protocol that suits your needs, your intentions and your schedule. I’m not here to tell you how much to take and how often. I will however, be offering suggestions and bring up factors to take into consideration so that you can make the best choices for you.
During this week we will explore preparing your mind and body for this journey and you will receive a comprehensive PDF guide to keep with you throughout the course that outlines medication, supplement and food contraindications to be aware of.
In week one, we will also cover the importance of embarking on this journey with a strong, clear, heart-felt intention.
How can we leverage the powerful benefits of microdosing to help us up-level our daily practices? We will explore the magic of ritual, the power of creating an altar space, and offer suggestions for cultivating a morning microdosing practice that brings you into deeper connection with the core of your being.
In week 2 we will begin to explore visionary meditation practices that allow you to shift your perception of reality and clear your central channel to unlock your creative life-force.
What does it mean to walk the visionary path and create your reality from the inside out? In this week’s module, we are going to cover the neuroscience of transformation so you can understand why these visionary practices are not only powerful but effective.
How can we use our awareness to shift our perception of reality, start to re-write old limiting beliefs and refocus on what’s truly important?
It is well known that psychedelics support neuroplasticity that can enhance cognitive flexibility. In week 4 we explore how you can leverage this state of heightened mental malleability that these powerful substances have to offer, so you can focus on shifting old thought patterns and behavioral habits that no longer serve you.
We will dive deep into the science and wisdom of shifting habits with the best tips, tools, and techniques to up-level the way you show up to live your life every single day.
What’s the connection between microdosing and flow states? This week we will cover everything you need to know to leverage your morning microdosing practice to unlock your creative potential and tap into flow states.
Learn the tools to re-harmonize your nervous system back to balance so you can strengthen your emotional resilience in the face of ongoing change.
We will have a bonus module for those of you who would like to tap into the power of sound as a powerful force for healing, liberation and activation.
That depends on you past experience and what you are feeling called to work with. I'm won't be telling you what you should or shouldn't be microdosing with. Some of the factors we look at are: if you currently have a primary plant teacher, how easily it is for you to procure supplies, what your intentions are, etc. I'm only here to offer support in your decision making process.
No, psychedelics are still considered class 1 illegal substance in the US.
It depends on how deep you want to go into your morning practices and how often you will be microdosing. You will need about 3-4 hours per week for the course itself.
There are risks to be aware of. This course is for people who already have some microdosing experience and already know it is safe for them.
Once applications are closed, we will send everyone 3 time options to choose from for the weekly calls. These calls will be recorded and the recordings will be shared within 1 hour of the call.
